In spring I decided to escape the dark interior of the university and spend a few days at the North Sea. I was also very lucky on this trip and found some seals and common seals on the offshore island of Heligoland. I was also able to make friends with my new camera a bit.
In February 2022 I flew to Iceland for 10 days. On my trip I not only took the OM-D Olympus E-M1X with me, but also my Hasselblad 500cm and a Canon A-1. These 3 pictures were taken early in the morning around 5am on the streets of Reykjavik in the middle of a gathering snowstorm with the Hasselblad on Cinestill 800T 120 film.
These pictures were taken on my trip to the Azores in summer 2021. All photos were taken on Kodak Portra 400 film. Like all analogue pictures, I developed and digitized them by myself. The original format is 6x6cm and offers an incredibly good resolution and many possibilities for analogue enlargements in the darkroom as well as for digital printing.
The summer of 2021 may not have been the most beautiful summer, but when I visited Lake Arnensee in the Bernese Oberland with my camera, it showed itself from its most beautiful side. Likewise the lake and the wonderful landscape. I took these pictures on Cinestill 50D with my Hasselblad 500cm. The colors and the light around the small reservoir have deeply fascinated and touched me.
